We gladly facilitate exchanges and returns of unused wigs within 30 days of receipt.
Please kindly note that each order qualifies for a single free return within 30 days of receipt.
2.1 Return Acceptable
For a return or exchange, the product must be in its original condition – with uncut, unwashed, unbleached hair, unchanged color, and untouched lace (without cutting or secondary trimming). Products, being personal items in direct contact with the scalp, prioritize customer safety and hygiene. Hence, we cannot accept used products for return.
2.2 To initiate a return:
- Steps 1 Contact Customer Care: Initiate the return within 30 days, providing reasons and relevant pictures for a swift process.
- Steps 2 Receive Return Address: The return address will be provided upon approval of your return request.
- Steps 3 Process Refund: Refunds processed within 2 business days post-receiving and inspecting the item(s).
3. Order Exchanges
For exchanges, follow the same return process. Our representative will confirm the exchange product and necessary payment adjustments after approving your exchange request.
Once we receive your returned item, we process the exchange, shipping the new item within 3 business days.

Oh, I ADORE this unit! It’s my favorite one so far. The locs are long, soft and luxurious. The cap is big head friendly and comfortable. Despite how it looks, the locs aren’t heavy at all! The unit is lightweight and super soft and silky.

Got this week a bit over a month ago and its really nice. i got it in both black and the redish one, but for me the black is my favorite. I usually just use my fingers to detangle it, so it rarely gets tangled. I personally cut the lace too short so i have a hard time setting it up to look okay, but thats on me. overall i would recommend.
