Please kindly note that each order qualifies for a single free return within 30 days of receipt.
2.1 Return Acceptable
For a return or exchange, the product must be in its original condition – with uncut, unwashed, unbleached hair, unchanged color, and untouched lace (without cutting or secondary trimming). Products, being personal items in direct contact with the scalp, prioritize customer safety and hygiene. Hence, we cannot accept used products for return.
2.2 To initiate a return:
- Steps 1 Contact Customer Care: Initiate the return within 30 days, providing reasons and relevant pictures for a swift process.
- Steps 2 Receive Return Address: The return address will be provided upon approval of your return request.
- Steps 3 Process Refund: Refunds processed within 2 business days post-receiving and inspecting the item(s).
3. Order Exchanges
For exchanges, follow the same return process. Our representative will confirm the exchange product and necessary payment adjustments after approving your exchange request.
Once we receive your returned item, we process the exchange, shipping the new item within 3 business days.

I have loved this wig for several weeks now. It’s still soft, fluffy and bouncy. It’s a slightly shorter version of a wig I’ve bought before. I will continue to buy Frodio. I haven’t been disappointed yet.
I Love All My Wigs
I received several compliments on this wig. However, I found that the curl pattern was hard to maintain and the wig curls started looking less curly and puffier. It would be nice if there were better instructions that addressed maintenance, not just regarding washing the wig. Thanks

I have never worn a wig before. I have gotten ots of compliments on it. Some even thought it was my own hair, which is a great compliment. I have bought 2 more, the Curly T-Part wig and the Burmese Curly 3 in 1 wig. I look forward to wearing both of them.

I'm honestly really impressed with this short Jerry Curly wig. The curls are soft, full, and have that cute natural bounce without looking too ��wiggy.�� I love that it came ready to wear - the lace was already pre-cut, the hairline looked nice, and I didn't have to deal with glue or spend a lot of time styling it.
