Total Delivery Time
Total delivery time = processing time + shipping time.
Processing Time
After placing an order, it typically takes 1 business day to process your shipment. If there are issues with your shipping information, we will contact you within 24 hours.

About Tax
Customs duties in the recipient’s country/region are the customer’s responsibility. Costs incurred due to delivery delays, address modifications, cancellations, or returns for personal reasons are borne by the buyer.

Shipping Protection
Shipping Protection is an optional value-added after-sales service provided by Frodio Hair. It provides case review and assistance handling in situations where a package is lost, damaged, or significantly delayed during transit. Our team will review the order details and tracking information and provide assistance in accordance with our after-sales policy. Please note that Shipping Protection is not an insurance product and does not constitute insurance coverage.
Shipping Fee / Shipping Protection Fee Refund Policy
Before Shipment
If an order is canceled before shipment, both the shipping fee and Shipping Protection fee will be fully refunded to the original payment method.
After Shipment
Once the order has been shipped, shipping fees and Shipping Protection fees are generally non-refundable.
Undelivered / In-Transit Issues
If the package is lost, delivery fails, or is returned to sender before successful delivery, refund eligibility for shipping fees and/or Shipping Protection fees will be assessed based on the carrier’s official tracking status and responsibility determination.
Delivered Orders
Once delivery is confirmed as completed, both the shipping fee and Shipping Protection fee are non-refundable, even if the item is later returned.
Customer-Related Issues
Both the shipping fee and Shipping Protection fee are non-refundable for cases caused by customer reasons, including but not limited to incorrect address, refusal of delivery, or change of mind.
