Well okay! Got my unit yesterday and put it on this morning! Oh my goodness! It is sooo light! The color is what I have been looking for, the lace is so thin and fine! I wish that I had this for my last cruise! Thank you so very much!

Frodio sent my wig out so quickly, that the Shop app didn’t pick up on the tracking. It just said processing. So I contacted support, believing they were delaying processing my order. I received a fast response, showing me that my package was delivered promptly. The carrier just left my package in the open lobby. Frodio was concerned about the carrier’s carelessness. The Customer service team member, asked more questions to make sure that never happens again. Showing concern. Thankfully, one of my good neighbor’s, grab my package and held it for me. And brought it to me soon after. The hair is so gorgeous! Support was quick to respond and very helpful and kind. plus compassionate. The reviews I read about their services, I did not experience. Although made me skeptical a bit. They sent out my wig quick and I love it! The quality of the hair, perfecto. It looks so good on whoever puts it on. I will definitely purchase again from Frodio:)
