For a return or exchange, the product must be in its original condition – with uncut, unwashed, unbleached hair, unchanged color, and untouched lace (without cutting or secondary trimming). Products, being personal items in direct contact with the scalp, prioritize customer safety and hygiene. Hence, we cannot accept used products for return.
2.2 To initiate a return:
- Steps 1 Contact Customer Care: Initiate the return within 30 days, providing reasons and relevant pictures for a swift process.
- Steps 2 Receive Return Address: The return address will be provided upon approval of your return request.
- Steps 3 Process Refund: Refunds processed within 2 business days post-receiving and inspecting the item(s).
3. Order Exchanges
For exchanges, follow the same return process. Our representative will confirm the exchange product and necessary payment adjustments after approving your exchange request.

This is the best wig I have purchased in a long time.
I have been seeing this brand on my timeline for a few weeks now and decided to give it a try. I wanted something new for my bday and gotta get a new driver's license as well. I never have a nice picture ever but this year will be different!! I am in love with this unit! It's so soft, giving real scalp! This picture is straight out the box with a wip cap and nothing else!! I will be order others from the site when I clock out for the day!
