We gladly facilitate exchanges and returns of unused wigs within 30 days of receipt.
Please kindly note that each order qualifies for a single free return within 30 days of receipt.
2.1 Return Acceptable
For a return or exchange, the product must be in its original condition – with uncut, unwashed, unbleached hair, unchanged color, and untouched lace (without cutting or secondary trimming). Products, being personal items in direct contact with the scalp, prioritize customer safety and hygiene. Hence, we cannot accept used products for return.
2.2 To initiate a return:
- Steps 1 Contact Customer Care: Initiate the return within 30 days, providing reasons and relevant pictures for a swift process.
- Steps 2 Receive Return Address: The return address will be provided upon approval of your return request.
- Steps 3 Process Refund: Refunds processed within 2 business days post-receiving and inspecting the item(s).
3. Order Exchanges
For exchanges, follow the same return process. Our representative will confirm the exchange product and necessary payment adjustments after approving your exchange request.
Once we receive your returned item, we process the exchange, shipping the new item within 3 business days.

I absolutely love and really love this wig. This is a full lace the wig is soft. The curls on the end was soft tangled free and I love that it came with withdraw strings, the lace match my skin perfectly. I love the baby hairs on it, as they came already curled. Everything was just prepared and ready to go. I will definitely be buying more.
I absolutely love this Frodio Veralux Copper Red Wig. The color fabulous complimented my complexion. Good quality soft I got so many compliments on this wig that I want it in black now. Only complaint could be a little fuller. Don't walk run and by this wig. The hair or lace did not itch as some other wigs has from other suppliers.
