We gladly facilitate exchanges and returns of unused wigs within 30 days of receipt.
Please kindly note that each order qualifies for a single free return within 30 days of receipt.
2.1 Return Acceptable
For a return or exchange, the product must be in its original condition – with uncut, unwashed, unbleached hair, unchanged color, and untouched lace (without cutting or secondary trimming). Products, being personal items in direct contact with the scalp, prioritize customer safety and hygiene. Hence, we cannot accept used products for return.
2.2 To initiate a return:
- Steps 1 Contact Customer Care: Initiate the return within 30 days, providing reasons and relevant pictures for a swift process.
- Steps 2 Receive Return Address: The return address will be provided upon approval of your return request.
- Steps 3 Process Refund: Refunds processed within 2 business days post-receiving and inspecting the item(s).
3. Order Exchanges
For exchanges, follow the same return process. Our representative will confirm the exchange product and necessary payment adjustments after approving your exchange request.
Once we receive your returned item, we process the exchange, shipping the new item within 3 business days.

I absolutely love this Frodio Veralux™ Fiber Boho Twist Curly Wig 13x6 Pre-Cut Lace Front Glueless Ear-to-Ear! It’s soft, easy to style and it’s light, not too hot and heavy. Very comfortable fit. I wear this more than my other chia-pets (that’s what I call my wigs)! I will order this again!
This hair is very beautiful, lightweight, and easy to style.

Great addition to my summer collection!! I love the natural look and the fact that the wig itself is not heavy or hot.
Easy to install. One side had more baby hair than the other which I didn't really like but it still looked pretty good. Some parts are a bit messy and make it hard to put it up etc so you are limited to styles. Some pieces are just just loose long curly/wavy and some actually like twists... Hard to explain

I like the wig. It’s very easy to put on without going to a shop and paying to have it installed. I really love that it’s light weight and it feels like nothing is on your head. I really love that you dont need glue unless you just a more secure fit. Overall I give this wig a 8 point rating. It does shed a little but that’s expected.
I’m just in awe of the wig. I had gotten a similar wig in the past from a different company, and I didn’t love it. This one is just effortless. It’s big head friendly, beginner friendly, it’s adjustable and precut.

It is a great wig that looks very natural. It doesn’t tangle that much
I wasn't sure what to expect when I ordered this wig. I haven't had much luck when I've ordered braided wigs in the past. I must say that I was beyond impressed. The wig looked exactly as advertised. I will purchase again, but in a different color.
