Products, being personal items in direct contact with the scalp, prioritize customer safety and hygiene. Hence, we cannot accept used products for return.

- Steps 1 Contact Customer Care: Initiate the return within 30 days, providing reasons and relevant pictures for a swift process.
- Steps 2 Receive Return Address: The return address will be provided upon approval of your return request.

3. Order Exchanges

I’m really impressed with this ponytail overall. The texture is beautiful—soft, natural-looking, and the water wave pattern blends really well with my own hair. The “Natural Black” color matched perfectly without needing any extra toning or styling.
The drawstring design makes it super easy to install. I was able to get it on securely in just a few minutes, and it feels stable without being too tight or uncomfortable. I also like that it has combs for extra hold, which helps it stay in place throughout the day.
The fullness is definitely there—it gives that voluminous, effortless look without needing to add multiple pieces. The length and movement are great, and it doesn’t feel overly heavy.
As for quality, the hair feels soft and has minimal shedding so far. It holds the wave pattern nicely, even after light styling. With proper care, I can see this lasting a while.
I was worried it wouldn't look natural, or as good, as it does on the models, however, it looks even better in person!!

The drawstring very easy to install design makes it super easy to put in my hair and take out the ponytail extension. It's like wearing a regular ponytail, but with the added length and lots volume body.
