We gladly facilitate exchanges and returns of unused wigs within 30 days of receipt.
Please kindly note that each order qualifies for a single free return within 30 days of receipt.
2.1 Return Acceptable
For a return or exchange, the product must be in its original condition – with uncut, unwashed, unbleached hair, unchanged color, and untouched lace (without cutting or secondary trimming). Products, being personal items in direct contact with the scalp, prioritize customer safety and hygiene. Hence, we cannot accept used products for return.
2.2 To initiate a return:
- Steps 1 Contact Customer Care: Initiate the return within 30 days, providing reasons and relevant pictures for a swift process.
- Steps 2 Receive Return Address: The return address will be provided upon approval of your return request.
- Steps 3 Process Refund: Refunds processed within 2 business days post-receiving and inspecting the item(s).
3. Order Exchanges
For exchanges, follow the same return process. Our representative will confirm the exchange product and necessary payment adjustments after approving your exchange request.
Once we receive your returned item, we process the exchange, shipping the new item within 3 business days.

She's never worn a wig, wanted something for homecoming. Minimal lace + pre-plucked = she installed it herself in 10 mins watching one TikTok. Yaki body wave is age-appropriate, not too mature. She's already asking for a second color.
6 months post-big-chop, shoulder length awkward phase. This yaki body wave blends with my leave-out perfectly-yaki mimics relaxed hair so the transition doesn't look fake. Minimal lace means less plucking trauma for a newbie like me.
Most "yaki" wigs are still too silky against my 4c edges-this one actually has that matte coarseness. Minimal lace means less tension on my hairline which is a big deal for me (traction alopecia survivor). Wear and go, no glue near my skin. Thank you Frodio.
First time trying yaki body wave and I get the hype now. The matte finish means it doesn't look shiny/plastic next to my edges-blends into my blowout like it's mine. Minimal lace melted with just a dab of foundation, no glue needed. Wear and go truly.
Have this in black, dark brown, and just got the burgundy for fall. Yaki body wave is the perfect "I have my life together" hairstyle-not too done, not messy. Minimal lace + glueless = 6am throw-on before school drop-off. Please never dc this style.
Had a 3-day work trip, didn't want to pack heat tools. This body wave out-of-box was enough. Minimal lace + glueless = airport bathroom install in 4 mins. Yaki texture means it doesn't tangle as bad as silky in hotel AC.
