For a return or exchange, the product must be in its original condition – with uncut, unwashed, unbleached hair, unchanged color, and untouched lace (without cutting or secondary trimming). Products, being personal items in direct contact with the scalp, prioritize customer safety and hygiene. Hence, we cannot accept used products for return.
2.2 To initiate a return:
- Steps 1 Contact Customer Care: Initiate the return within 30 days, providing reasons and relevant pictures for a swift process.
- Steps 2 Receive Return Address: The return address will be provided upon approval of your return request.
- Steps 3 Process Refund: Refunds processed within 2 business days post-receiving and inspecting the item(s).
3. Order Exchanges
For exchanges, follow the same return process. Our representative will confirm the exchange product and necessary payment adjustments after approving your exchange request.

I’ve purchased a lot of wigs in my day. All types, materials, colors the whole spectrum and I’ve also destroyed a few too, but when I tell you BUY THIS WIG! The hair is soft, there was a slight (very slight) smell, but nothing just a quick wash and rinse won’t get rid of and the curls are gorgeous. Now the pics I’m showing are after I washed her (soaked in some Silicone Mix shampoo) beautiful. Someone mentioned the cap and I’m not a fan but a lil tint and it will be fine Not sure what sorcery this hair is but you will love it.
