Please kindly note that each order qualifies for a single free return within 30 days of receipt.

For a return or exchange, the product must be in its original condition – with uncut, unwashed, unbleached hair, unchanged color, and untouched lace (without cutting or secondary trimming). Products, being personal items in direct contact with the scalp, prioritize customer safety and hygiene. Hence, we cannot accept used products for return.
2.2 To initiate a return:
- Steps 1 Contact Customer Care: Initiate the return within 30 days, providing reasons and relevant pictures for a swift process.
- Steps 2 Receive Return Address: The return address will be provided upon approval of your return request.
- Steps 3 Process Refund: Refunds processed within 2 business days post-receiving and inspecting the item(s).
3. Order Exchanges
For exchanges, follow the same return process. Our representative will confirm the exchange product and necessary payment adjustments after approving your exchange request.
Once we receive your returned item, we process the exchange, shipping the new item within 3 business days.

Great wig for the price. I had a colleague ranting about how pretty the twist and hair color was. She almost fell on the floor when I told her it was a wig. The wig is light and not heavy; also, it is low maintenance. You’ll keep this one in rotation. Definitely beats paying 200+ dollars to get your hair done.

Perfect for me, No glue needed, I've used the spray once only, less is better it's lightweight the added strap is a definite form of security as you wear this unit, it becomes more naturalized like it's customizing itself to your head, even the baby hairs w/o gel product look like there coming out the scalp, and wait for it, The lace is Precut I Recommend you don't try to cut it assuming it won't blend, I used foundation once to tint the lace, I've gently unravel some of the twist to give a fuller appearance, if you're looking for a natural Easter no fuss, bad hair day BackUp This is the Go-to, here's another plus you don't need to pay to lay this unit with permanent glue, "to confined" I use a net Cap, Not a regular Stocking cap and take it off at night is a Definite Plus, I put it on like a hat 😂 and wouldn't mind a 14" length and the Price is Right although coupons don't hurt, and not to Mention The Outstanding Customer Service Support That's FRODIO... I love this wig, I have gotten so many compliments.
Absolutely beautiful right out of the box! The curls are soft, the hairline looks so realistic, and I didn’t even have to cut the lace. I just slicked down my baby hairs and put it on. I have a small head, so I need a little glue for the lace to lay flat, but if your head is average-sized, this would be a gorgeous glueless wig. I love it! 💕
