We gladly facilitate exchanges and returns of unused wigs within 30 days of receipt.
Please kindly note that each order qualifies for a single free return within 30 days of receipt.

For a return or exchange, the product must be in its original condition – with uncut, unwashed, unbleached hair, unchanged color, and untouched lace (without cutting or secondary trimming). Products, being personal items in direct contact with the scalp, prioritize customer safety and hygiene. Hence, we cannot accept used products for return.
2.2 To initiate a return:
- Steps 1 Contact Customer Care: Initiate the return within 30 days, providing reasons and relevant pictures for a swift process.
- Steps 2 Receive Return Address: The return address will be provided upon approval of your return request.
- Steps 3 Process Refund: Refunds processed within 2 business days post-receiving and inspecting the item(s).
3. Order Exchanges
For exchanges, follow the same return process. Our representative will confirm the exchange product and necessary payment adjustments after approving your exchange request.
Once we receive your returned item, we process the exchange, shipping the new item within 3 business days.

Beautiful wig. All I needed to do is brush foundation on the underside to match my skin tone but other than that it's very user friendly. It secures to the head easily. Beginner friendly and the baby hairs can be laid down or left alone. Wishing with the style I had left them alone but will do that next time.
So I bought this wig several months before I actually wore it! When I tried it on originally it made my face seem too long! I wasn't sure if I could cut the hair or I boxed it. Fast forward to this June I cut it and 💣! It was and still is fire 🔥! I wore it from June till August. I had to give the unit a break! But I LOVE it! The brown highlight unit is my fave! It was fuller than the dark brown but they both are great!
