Refund policy

Return&Refund: 

1.We are pleased to accommodate exchanges and returns of unused wigs within 30 days upon receipt. To be eligible for a return or exchange, the wig must be in its original condition, with the hair uncut, unbleached, color unchanged, and the lace remaining untouched (without any cutting or secondary trimming).

2.Please contact our team first to obtain the return address. Unauthorized returns are not eligible for a refund.

3.We will process your refund within 2 business days after returned item(s) is received and inspected. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

4.If you have any problems with order/products/payment, please contact with us at first.
